TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICES | ORDERS

All prices are stated in designer net in customer’s own material.  Prices do not include delivery, shipping packing or insurance.  Interior Crafts reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Terms of 50% deposit is required to process an order with the balance due prior to delivery.

All prices are F.O.B. factory, Chicago, IL 60608. 

Purchase orders must be submitted in writing and include complete information; item number, COM, finish and any special instructions.  The receipt of COM is required before any upholstery order is scheduled for production.  Order confirmation cannot be changed without written notice and only if received in time to be implemented.  Charges are subject to additional changes. 

Cancellations cannot be accepted after fabric has been cut, special frames or finishes have been put in to work, or if special materials have been purchased for order. Orders are neither cancellable nor returnable. 

SHIPPING

Interior Crafts will arrange product shipping on behalf of the client unless client specifies alternative shipping. After 60 days of completion, storage charges will apply.  All products are inspected prior to shipping and are properly packed.  The transportation company acknowledges receipt of product in good condition.  According to the terms set forth on the bill of lading, the transportation company agrees to deliver in the same good condition.  Merchandise must be inspected at time of delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading.  Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.  Interior Crafts cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred in transit or in storage.

EXCLUSIONS

Interior Crafts reserves the right to make changes in design, construction, materials, dimension or to discontinue items without prior notice.  All dimensions and yardage requirements are to be considered approximate.  All products are handmade; therefore there will be slight variations.  All of Interior Crafts drawings, dimensions, descriptions and illustrations contained in catalogs, price lists or advertisements are approximate only and intended to give a general description of product.

Interior Crafts is not responsible for flaws, misweaves, dye lot, marks, scars and etc. in COM/COL.

UPHOLSTERY

Interior Crafts reserves the right to refuse any COM/COL if the material is not suitable for intended purpose or if standards for quality cannot be met.  The suitability of fabric or leather is entirely at the discretion of the client.  Fabric application instructions must be sent with order not fabric.  Fabric will be cut at the discretion of the factory unless otherwise specified on order.  All COM/COL must be side marked with showroom/designer and item number.

WARRANTY

Interior Crafts warrants it’s product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year.  This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from abuse, neglect, mishandling, misuse or wear resulting from normal use.  This warranty does not cover defects in client’s own COM/COL.

Interior Crafts cannot guarantee exact matches of finishes due to natural material, grain patterns, and stain acceptance.  Finish samples are only a representation of color.  Interior Crafts does not warranty finishes from fading or oxidizing.
